About Me

I am Leslie Faust.  I am the head of strength and conditioning at Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club.  I am a NASM, National Association of Sports Medicine, certified personal trainer.  Over the past 4 years I have had the joy of coaching volleyball to young women, bringing 2 newly formed teams to the State Championship Finals.  I played for 10 years with experience at the club and high school levels.

Over the years I have studied health and nutrition.  As a mom it is very important to me that my daughter grows up eating the right foods and learns how to eat for a healthy lifestyle.  I completely restarted my own eating habits to be an example for her and I have never felt better.

U. of Tennessee is a perenially top 20 ranked team who has played 8 out of the past 9 NCAA tournaments. A 2005 NCAA Final Four participant, Tennessee has also won the 2011 SEC Championship.
