Hebron vs. Buford
For our first 2013 High School Season- Coach Jackie and I stopped at Hebron to watch them take on Buford!
Hebron got off to a quick 13-0 lead as Courtney's serve seemed to frazzle Buford. Great defense by Sarah helped the team keep the lead the whole game. Buford could not seem to get a break as OH's Bridgette and Ashleigh continued the pounding throughout the night. Setter Anna Katherine and Alli proved to be a deadly combination as Alli earned a point 90% of her swings! With two sets to none, Hebron was ready for the close. Buford's Corbin was not! Due to amazing serving and a HUGE dig on the line by Corbin, Buford was able to come back and win the third in a tight race. The 4th game could have gone either way but consistant and strong serving from Hebron and the fact that Corbin was not in the backrow every rotation, Hebron got the win.
